All clients of Coinote Services are allocated a unique client number,
which is advised with the first order.
This should be used in all correspondence with Coinote Services.

All clients can request a copy of our catalogue, which is produced quarterly and be notified when something that will be of special interest to them comes into our possession.

All names of clients are held in a private encrypted file.
We do not divulge this information
to any third party or organisation under any circumstances.

All major credit cards taken
All goods supplied must be paid for in full before dispatch
unless we have agreed other arrangements prior to this.
We accept payment by the following methods;

Your goods will be dispatched by registered mail
as soon as your preferred payment method has cleared.

All of our clients receive the protection of our money-back guarantee.
This means that all of our goods are sent with full refund facilities (less expenses) should you be dissatisfied with the quality of those goods supplied.
Goods must be returned to us within ten (10) days of dispatch
to take advantage of this facility.
